SASCO Sdn. Bhd. is an Accounting, Company Secretarial, Financial Advisory and Corporate Management firm headquartered in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya, with branches in Kuala Lumpur and Alor Setar.

SASCO was founded by two Chartered Accountants, both registered members of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), with over 20 years of combined experience covering nearly every aspect of business — from corporate advisory and accounting to company secretarial services. SASCO Sdn Bhd is also a subsidiary of Revup Ventures Sdn Bhd and an affiliate of Ahmad Shahrul & Co (NF1900).

Our Leadership

Ahmad Rizal Abd Razak — Managing Director

Ahmad Rizal has over 20 years of experience in financial management, entrepreneurship development, and corporate advisory. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd and was directly involved in developing Malaysia's startup ecosystem.

Areas of expertise: Accounting & financial management, outsourced CFO services, business & intellectual property valuation, financial due diligence, financial planning & projections, corporate compliance & company secretarial services, business restructuring.

Shahrul Nizar Ghazali — Executive Director

Shahrul is a Partner and Executive Director of the RVSB Group of Companies. He is a Chartered Accountant C.A. (M) and Licensed Company Secretary registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM). He is also an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA), an Associate Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and a Professional Member of ESG Malaysia.

With over 20 years of experience, Shahrul specialises in corporate governance, internal audit, financial management, compliance, risk management, business advisory, and organisational development. He spent nearly 15 years at Malaysia Airlines Berhad across Operations, Internal Audit and Finance functions, including involvement in company recovery and transformation initiatives, and volunteered in crisis-management efforts related to the MH370 and MH17 incidents.

He has also served at OMRON (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., Media Prima Berhad and Celcom Axiata Berhad, and currently serves as an Industry Advisory Panel member at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology and as a Consulting Agent for Lembaga Zakat Selangor (MAIS).
